Are you curious about how to prepare the perfect plant-based Christmas dinner? We from SFYN Amsterdam invite you to dive into plant-based cooking with us. We will show you tips and tricks for vegan cooking, alternative products, taste accelerators and the secrets of a perfect dinner experience. Thanks to our partner Taste Before You Waste we will be able to cook with rescued products. 

Together we will also prepare a three-course dinner for 80 dinner guests. You can invite your friends to join us for dinner, starting at 18:30. We will take over Wasteless Wednesday by Taste Before You Waste.

Slow Food Youth Network Amsterdam (SFYN) is happy to present the hosts of the workshop:
>> Moritz and Claire of Truefoodsblog share exciting and healthy recipes on their blog.
They focus on good products and experimental yet easy combinations. Moritz is a trained chef who loves to share his skills and ideas with you. 


>> Kiki is a plant-based chef in training at VIP Health & nutrition
You can find various exciting ingredients in her kitchen cabinet because she loves to cook from scratch. She wants to inspire you to use more natural products in their daily meals.
